Our Shipping Conditions and Payment Conditions

Due to the lage exclusively stock of FunnyLegs, your shipment needs 2-3 business days to reach you. (Except for direct debit and prepayment and only in germany)
As shipping company, we offer:

DPD for a price of 1.90 € in Germany (except German islands)
DHL for a price of 1.90 € in Germany (except German islands)
DPD Express available until 14:30 (next business day delivery to 18:00 clock, no Saturday delivery, extra charge € 8.90) - only Germany

Shipping costs: Delivery within Germany:

The shipping cost are up to a purchase of € 39.90 only € 1.90 (whithin germany), with a purchase value of 39.90 you will not have shipping cost (inside germany) - any name other than fees or charges for desired types of delivery. Shipping costs are also required by telephone orders.

If your purchase is reduced to less than € 39.90 (after sending back items) we have the right, to charge for the shipping cost.


Shipping outside of Germany:
For deliveries abroad may be subject to higher shipping costs.
For Swiss customers there are special shipping conditions, see below.

Payment with PayPal:(All Countries) If you wish to pay with PayPal, it is the easiest way. You are in the course of the shopping cart and payment process automatically redirected to PayPal. Please note: If you pay with PayPal by bank transfer, this may delay the delivery time. Special charges for paypal payments are not recorded and as per the terms and conditions of PayPal also not allowed.

The dispatch takes place on the day of order, all orders after 12:00 clock on the next business day.

Payment with Creditcard: (All Countries) Your credit card information is not transmitted or stored at FunnyLegs. Your credit card is certified by the PosTrans company. The charge will be made on the day of the order. We accept Euro Card, Master Card, Amex and Visa cards.
The dispatch takes place on the day of order, all orders after 12:00 clock on the next business day.

Prepayment: (All Countries) At the end of your order confirmation (by e-mail) you receive all of our banking details. Therefore please enter your e-mail address correctly! Once the amount is credited to our account, the goods will be shipped immediately.

Shipping: We deliver your product in the quickest way out. Should an item not be available or delayed delivery, so we will inform you shortly by e-mail. We normally provide all the shipments by DPD or DHL. (German Parcel Service)

Note for Swiss clients and customers from countries outside the EU:Shipments to Switzerland and to countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT. For technical reasons, the correct order can only be in step 4 of the basket will be displayed. All orders from these countries to the current VAT rate reported decreases of 19% and also charged. For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU fall in customs fees, taxes and fees.
