Collection and Use of Personal Data
The privacy practices of Funnylegs is consistent with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). Funnylegs will not obtain your personal data exclusively for processing the order and use, unless you want to take on additional services to complete. In order to process and deliver your order Funnylegs gives your information only to the particular contracted delivery service. It ensures that all collected data were collected only in legally permissible way, stored, processed and used.
So you can order at the store and your order can be processed, Funnylegs requires your first name, last name, your e-mail address, billing address and - if different - your delivery address (street, postal code, city) and phone number. Immediately after receiving your order you will get a confirmation by email. E-mail address and phone number is required for further contact with you when requesting information to your order is necessary. When paying by cash Funnylegs requires no additional data. For orders paying with credit cards or payment by direct debit for processing the additional data are needed.
Thus Funnylegs execute your order and keep you informed about your order status.

When you order information, newsletters or brochures, you may be asked by Funnylegs for your name and other personal information, at least it asks for your email address. It is your decision whether you disclose this data. Your details are stored on specially protected servers in Germany.
