Terms and Conditions

We aim to ensure that you are delighted with every order from FunnyLegs, but for your added protection and peace of mind, we have established the following terms and conditions of sale. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you would like to return something to us for an exchange or a refund, the address see above.

We will happily exchange or refund any hosiery product that is defective, or that you return unopened in its original condition. If you have opened the packet only to discover that something does not fit, we will still normally exchange it for you at our discretion, but please email us first for instructions as there isn't usually much point in returning hosiery that has been worn!

Nobody else offers that level of service.

Satisfaction is guaranteed!

All suspender belts, girdles, shoes etc, can, of course, also be returned for an exchange or refund if you try them and decide they either do not fit or do not meet your expectations.

If you order something that is out of stock we will normally send the majority of your order immediately with the missing item to follow. There is no extra delivery charge for this. If we run out of something permanently we will let you know and refund your card.

Occasionally manufacturers drive us mad by being spectacularly late with deliveries. If we send a note saying something will follow in "a couple of weeks" but three weeks have passed without it appearing, please feel free to get in touch so we can advise the latest stock situation.

We apologise in advance if this happens! You can of course request a refund or exchange of an outstanding item at any time.

If you have a complaint, please email us. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and will advise you long it will take to resolve the complaint, and keep you informed throughout the process.

Goods remain the property of FunnyLegs until payment is received in full. Your credit card will be billed "FunnyLegs.de". All orders are sent in plain packaging. There is no mention of the shop or site on the outside. If you are sending the order to someone as a gift and do not want us to include the invoice, please let us know via the comments box on the order form.

Right of withdrawal
You can revoke the contractual statement within two weeks, without stating reasons, in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). Alternatively, if you received the object prior to expiry of the withdrawal period, you can revoke the contract by returning the goods. The revocation period starts upon receipt of this instruction, but not before the recipient receives the goods, and not before performance of our information obligations pursuant to § 312c Para.2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with § 1 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the German Civil Code Information Ordinance (BGB-InvfoVO). Timely dispatch of the revocation or the object in question will suffice to meet the revocation deadline. The revocation must be addressed to:

Revocation consequences

In the event of valid revocation, the work or services rendered by either side must be returned. If you are unable to return the work or services received, or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you must, to that extent, pay compensation (= money). A ‘deteriorated condition’ refers, for example, to altered, laundered or worn textiles, shoes or similar. In the event of objects having been surrendered, this shall not apply if the deterioration of the object is due solely to an inspection of the object, such as would - for example - have been possible in a store. For the rest, you can avoid the obligation to render value compensation for deterioration to the object caused by proper use by abstaining from using the object as your property, and refraining from anything which could impair the object’s value. Objects which can be sent as a parcel should be returned at our risk. Objects which cannot be sent as a parcel will be collected from you. You must bear the cost of the return if the goods correspond to those ordered, and if the price of the returned object does not exceed 40 EURO, or if - in the event of the price of the object being higher - you had not yet rendered counter-performance, or a contractually agreed partial payment, at the time of revocation. Otherwise, we will reimburse you for the return costs. Obligations to render payment must be met within 30 days. That period starts for you upon dispatch of the revocation or the object, while the period starts for us upon receipt.

The right of revocation does not cover audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs, LPs, DVDs etc.), or software, if you have removed the shrink-wrap from the data carriers supplied, or unsealed them. Journals and newspapers are also not covered by any right of revocation, and nor are contact lenses and the associated care solutions once the sterile packaging has been opened.

All domains and copyright in the web site is owned either by FunnyLegs and all trademarks are theirs. The domains, logos and the contents of all the sites are protected by copyright and trademark legislation. You may not use this property to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales without the express permission of FunnyLegs. You may not mirror the FunnyLegs home pages or results pages on your Web site.
